How long does shipping take for a new mattress?
Most mattresses are processed within 24 hours and delivered via our specialized white-glove service within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort level after the 30-day break-in period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
Absolutely. Select the 'Old Mattress Removal' option at checkout, and our delivery team will responsibly recycle your old mattress when they set up your new one.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All of our mattresses come with a minimum 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
Are your mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?
Most of our hybrid and memory foam models are specifically designed to be flexible and are 100% compatible with all standard adjustable power bases.
How do I know which firmness level is right for me?
Generally, side sleepers prefer a 'Plush' to 'Medium' feel, while back and stomach sleepers benefit from 'Medium-Firm' to 'Extra-Firm' support to ensure proper spinal alignment.
